Tehran Philharmonic Orchestra to perform concert in Tehran

Tehran Philharmonic Orchestra is scheduled to perform a repertoire of classical pieces later in May.

The concert will be staged in collaboration with acclaimed Iranian music maestro Pedram Faryousefi and Italian composer Alessio Pianelli.

‘Four Seasons of Buenos Aires’, a set of four compositions written by Argentine composer and arranger Astor Piazzolla, is to be the first performance of the concert.

The next part of the concert will be dedicated to ‘Symphony for String Orchestra', by prominent Azerbaijani composer Fikret Amirov.

The concert will be held on May 24-26 at Vahdat Hall in Tehran.
